OCCUPANCY – 3,000 – 7,000 sq. ft.                                   $40.00

OCCUPANCY – Over 7,000 sq. ft.                                       $50.00

NEW CONSTRUCTION                                                       $.015 sq. ft.

(If reinspection is required, there will be a $50.00 fee imposed which must be paid to the Fire Prevention office prior to the scheduling

of the next inspection.)

INTERIOR REMODEL (same as new construction)

ANNUAL INSPECTIONS –

An inspection fee of $25.00 will be imposed for the second return inspection and each additional return  inspection pursuant code compliance.
